DO NOT send return products until you have sent an email to email@example.com, to inform us about it, you can optionally fill in the return form here, but it is NOT mandatory.
Parcels paid to the recipient or refunded will not be received without exception.
The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of his product, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract.
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing some normative acts:
Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting with the day when it enters the physical possession of the product. The return costs are borne by the consumer, the parcels sent by ROMANIAN POST will be picked up only if they are delivered to our headquarters, if we receive notice with pickup from the postal office to which we belong they will not be picked up. Parcels sent by express courier are delivered to the headquarters. The parcels are not returned with a refund or payment for transport to the recipient, otherwise WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE !!!
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with all accessories and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and / or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return. If the product shows signs of wear but can be re-marketed, 15% of its value will be retained in order to be subsequently re-marketed as a repackaged / used product.
In order to benefit from the return of the products in 14 days, you must notify us by phone or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, at the latest on the 14th calendar day from the date of picking up / receiving the product. Returns after 14 days are not taken into account. The term of 14 days refers to the time elapsed between the moment of receiving the product by the customer and the return request requesting replacement / refund, resolving the situation and acknowledging the request, communicating the return number, processing, resolving and sending a product replacement / refund may take longer than the specified period, but this is not added to the initial maximum period of 14 days, the customer's request is still within the return period.
The return of the products can be done by courier, but not before requesting the return and receiving our acceptance.
After we receive the return shipment sent by you to our warehouse, we will send you a return notification by e-mail confirming receipt of the package.
If you return an item, its value will be refunded to you using the payment method you originally used, except for the return shipping fee. Purchases paid by card will, in most cases, be refunded to your card, and to refund those paid by the Cash on Delivery method you must provide us with your bank details (IBAN code).
To add the bank details yourself in the return form, fill in the IBAN account number in which you want the refund. In case you have not filled in the account number, you will be notified in writing in an email or by phone after receiving the return sent by you to our deposit.
Shipping costs are NOT borne by our store persopersonalizat.ro.
The money is returned within a maximum of 14 days from the moment we received the product in service and you provided the IBAN code in which the value of the products will be refunded.
For orders paid online by bank card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within a maximum of 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
If several products of the same kind have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is only accepted if the products are sealed.
Please that at the time of shipment the package contains the following documents / data:
1. The name on which the order was placed.
2. Order number
3. Return number (the number communicated by e-mail when filling in the return form). For parcels sent by courier please fill in the return number on the consignment note (AWB).
Products in one or more of the following situations cannot be returned:
a. The product was placed on "special order" (SPECIAL ORDER is defined as the list of products ordered by the Beneficiary and which are not in the usual stock of the Supplier but which can be delivered on the basis of a firm order and the payment of an advance, in the terms agreed by the parties. The Supplier will inform the Beneficiary if any of the ordered products constitutes a Special Order.)
b. Identification tags are damaged or missing
Return DOA: In the event that the purchased product is non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced with a functional product, provided the notification in SCRIS (not by phone) to email@example.com of SC PROFI PRINT PRODUCTION SRL within 48 hours after receiving the product. The written notification sent to firstname.lastname@example.org must be accompanied by evidence of the finding of the defect, respectively pictures, videos, etc. The term 48 hours refers to the time elapsed between the moment of finding the defect by the customer and sending the email requesting replacement, resolving the situation and acknowledging the request, processing, resolving and sending a replacement product may take longer than the period specified, however, this is not added to the maximum initial period of 48 hours, the customer's request is still within the return period.
c. No return is accepted for custom materials (eg printed, engraved, inscribed, etc.) except for printing or color errors (Pantone or RAL code not specified) due to the manufacturer's fault.
The return of products for missing accessories or for other reasons that are presented in the condition of the product is not accepted. For this category of products the equivalent value is returned only the following conditions:
- the product fails during the warranty period provided;
- the defect cannot be remedied within 15 working days;
- the defective product cannot be replaced by a similar product. "
In cases where the returned products have damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, electric shocks, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to stop an amount of the value of the product, the amount to be communicated after assessment of damages.
We also reserve the right to refuse to accept the return in case of abuse (repeated returns).
