Delivery information

For products in stock, orders are delivered within a maximum of 48 hours after the telephone confirmation of the order (except Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays). This time is not guaranteed and there may be situations where the order will reach you after 48 hours. We do not guarantee a minimum delivery time, this depends exclusively on the courier.

For products that are not in stock or for situations where a product appears available for order on the site but is not available in the physical stock of the store, delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks. You will be notified by email or contacted by phone.

Orders are delivered by express courier (Fan Curier). Delivery will be made to the address specified by you in the order form, the courier companies' agents will deliver the products to your home

DELIVERIES are made only on the Romanian territory.
For international deliveries ask for price.

Shipping cost:

- The delivery fee is 25 RON / package + VAT at a maximum of 5 kg and increases depending on the weight of the products, for shipments sent by Fan Curier nationwide regardless of locality. The cost is displayed when the courier is selected in the online ordering process.

The total payment amount (products + shipping) will be displayed automatically before sending the order.
